Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we appreciate your consideration in providing sufficient notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge provided that at least 24 hours' notice is given prior to the scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations or requests to reschedule made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the consultation fee. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice ("no-show") will also incur the full consultation fee.

The cancellation fee will be charged to the payment method provided at the time of booking or otherwise invoiced for payment.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to your appointment, every effort will be made to provide your consultation within the remaining scheduled time. However, your appointment will still conclude at the originally scheduled finish time to avoid delaying subsequent clients.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time may be considered a no-show at the practitioner's discretion. In these circumstances, the appointment may need to be cancelled and the full consultation fee will apply.

Exceptional Circumstances

We recognise that genuine emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occasionally occur. At our sole discretion, a cancellation fee may be waived on one occasion where extenuating circumstances exist.

Practitioner-Initiated Changes

If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, you will not incur any cancellation fees. We will make every effort to offer you the earliest available appointment that suits your schedule. If your consultation has already been prepaid and you choose not to reschedule, a full refund will be provided.

Acceptance of this Policy

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to this Cancellation Policy. This policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions of service.
